We’ve Got Your Merch – Here’s How to Claim It

Thank you so much for attending my concert on June 30, 2023, and for supporting my journey as an artist. It means the world to me that you not only came to the show but also pre-ordered merch to take home a piece of the experience. I'm so sorry it took so long to have the items ready. We had many challenges, from sourcing the right raw materials and importing them to ensuring the printing was perfect. But I’m excited to let you know that the merch is finally here and ready for delivery!
Unfortunately, we’ve encountered two issues:
- Color Change: We could not get the promised colors of the items (lavender and forest green). Instead, we opted for a simpler black and white design that enhances the printed artwork.
- Lost Customer Details: The list of customer details for pre-orders has been lost. While we still have the card payment transaction records (including the last four digits of the card used) and your order details, we need your help to confirm your information so we can get your merch to you as soon as possible.
To make things right and ensure you receive your order, we’ve set up a simple process:

Please provide your name, email address, the items you ordered, and the last four digits of the card you used to make your purchase. This information will help us match your claim with our transaction records. - Submit by January 31: To avoid delays, we kindly ask you to complete the form by January 31, 2025.
- We’ll Ship Your Order or Arrange Pickup: Once we’ve verified your information, we’ll email you with shipping or pickup details.
I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and deeply appreciate your understanding and patience. As a token of gratitude for your support and kindness, I’ll be including a small bonus item with your order. You will also be able to cancel your order and we will ensure you get a refund if you prefer that.
